Our Business Hours are Mon-Fri 9-5pm Eastern Time.


TRANSACTIONS

Your business transactions with us are safe and secure. We use a proven method of safe transactions that do not compromise your personal or financial information.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Once an order has been completed it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your order before check out.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales that have been finalized. Please be certain of your order before it is completed. We do however; exchange any items that have been sent out in error.


LIMITED EDITION ITEMS

Some of our items are limited edition and may not be available once quantities have subsided. We usually have products in our regular line that can substitute limited edition items.

Please email us regarding discontinued items and we will be happy to advise you on what the best replacement items would be.


SHIPPING

Free Shipping on orders over $99. "Applies only to USA Shipping Addresses"

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for ground shipments to arrive.

Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. All orders placed after 12pm EST on Fridays will be processed at 9am the following Monday.


INTERNAIONAL CUSTOMERS

We ship to all countries in the world. Please include your postal code and your complete mailing address. Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country may inspect and/or require taxes or fees that are not at all associated to Maite Makeup Company. The country of destination may also delay the package in Customs before it reaches it's final destination to the shipping address specified. If you are not familiar with the Customs Laws and Regulations of your country please contact your postal service before purchase. Once the package leaves the United States we are not able to track the package. All International orders will be shipped through USPS. We may change shipping method without notice in order to ensure a timely delivery . Take advantage of our flat-rate shipping and shop away!


REFUNDS

If you are issued a refund please be advised that payments that were made directly through PayPal may take approximately 3 business days to reflect on your account. Payments that were made via Credit Card may take up to 30 business days to reflect on your account.
